Company introduction
Microquanta was founded by Dr. Jizhong Yao and Dr. Buyi Yan in Zhejiang Hangzhou Future SCI-TECH City in 2015. It is one of the leading companies in developing the cutting-edge perovskite solar cells and related smart manufacturing equipment.
Microquanta set new world highest energy conversion efficiency records for perovskite solar modules four times, from 15.2% in 2017 to 17.9% in 2018 (stable 17.3%) certified by the international test center Newport Corp. These results have been selected in ”Solar Cell Efficiency Tables” for three times, which also makes Microquanta the only Chinese company in the list of the perovskite sector. The company also won the Excellent Start-up Award in the national final of the Torch Start-up Competition held by Chinese Department of Science and Technology. The achievements have also been widely reported by CCTV, People's Daily, Xinhua News and Zhejiang Daily. With a pipeline of over 90 applied patents, the company is dedicated to provide flexible clean energy solutions for green buildings and smart grids and smart cities.
